**Refund and Cancellation Policy**

1. **Cancellations Within 48 Hours of Booking Slot**
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking slot are non-refundable. Payments made for these bookings will not be returned, as the slot is reserved specifically for you.
2. **Cancellations Outside 48 Hours**
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled booking slot are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees (if any). Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
3. **No-Shows**
Failure to attend a booked slot without prior cancellation notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
4. **Modifications to Bookings**
If you need to reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled slot. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional fees, depending on the nature of the change.
5. **Refunds for Cancellations by Arkhitekton Group Ltd**
In the unlikely event that Arkhitekton Group Ltd needs to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
6. **How to Request a Cancellation or Refund**
